Employee management

This mobile application is designed to be used in offices and teams to create a categorized data of employees and their work. Each employee can put in their daily goals and feed in project data. To provide transparency within the teams, the team lead can put in monthly goals which are visible to every employee onboard. The team lead will also have a clear idea of each employee's work pattern which helps them analyze their efficiency each week. The idea lies in creating a motivating work environment while focusing on individual growth too.
